NextGen HRS is located in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia, with easy access to Northern Virginia, and Maryland.

The assessment is free to qualifying businesses and includes up to 4 hours of consultation from start to finish. The findings of the assessment are revealed through a report with a ranking of high, medium, and low priorities. The report is intended to help identify areas where action or change is necessary so that employment-related risk can be minimized. All information and findings are kept confidential.
